Kootenay Candles has been handcrafting candles since 1958. It began as the venture of a Creston resident of German origin who longed for the high quality beeswax he remembered from his homeland. Although paraffin candles have been added to their product list over the years, beeswax remains the cornerstone of the business. All candles are hand-made in their studio by experienced artisans using only top quality materials – many of which are their own unique creations.

We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and safely secured. We deliver to thousands of clients each day across multiple countries. Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
The policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same state as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
